We accept applications for meetings, workshops, and celebrations, as well as local programming and mission-focused events. We are coordinating efforts to run a pilot incubator program for our commercial kitchen, opening up the commissary amenities. This pilot is focused on creating a long standing program that serves food industry entrepreneurs from marginalized local communities. Our pilot and program is modeled from the Wilmington Kitchen Collective, which serves as a broader, small business ecosystem serving the greater Wilmington area.
Our pilot will focus on developing and refining policies and systems that support temporary kitchen permitting and short term or one-time needs. These requests are generally for single events and will only require a temporary permit for kitchen use.
Please note: For use of the Hanover Kitchen, it is required that at least one individual present during the reserved time holds a valid food handler certification.
Pricing:
4 hours or less = $150
More than 4 hours = $300
